Registration Instructions:



1. If you are a current MEB member, Log In to the left of this page before clicking the "Register HERE!" button.




2. Click on "Register HERE!" above to begin.




3. To register family members or guests, add each person below where you enter your name and contact info. You will then be able to select meal tickets, event shirt for each person after you make your own selections.


4. Adult meals are checked by default, this can be unchecked for those not wishing to purchase a meal. Also uncheck the Adult meal if you are choosing one of the youth meals.

5. T-shirts are not checked by default on Guests. If your guest does want a T shirt please check.


6. .Select the activities & items you'd like to participate in or pre-purchase and pay for during this registration process.

7.  We recommend that you print the summary on the last page and bring it with you to the Round Up!


8. Raffle ticket options are 20, 50 and 100.  If you want to pre-purchase, say 150, then check both the 50 and 100 options.

Additional ticket sales will also be available onsite if you decide you want more.


9. Trail rides for Friday and Saturday have been split to gauge the need for green trail guides. You will still need to signup on the need a trail guide sheet in the Registration tent.
    



The Number of Meal Tickets Available onsite will be Limited, please make every effort to purchase via online registration. Thank you!


  • Online registration through May 3rd is $70 for members, $80 for non-members


  • Registration May 4th through May 18th is $75 for members, $85 for non-members


  • On-site LATE Registration Fees (after May 18thOnline registration closes May 18th


  • $95 for MEB Members ,$115 for Non-Members, meals and shirts not guaranteed


  • Adult Meal Tickets - $50 if available (1 Friday and 1 Saturday meal ticket)


  • Kid’s meals (ages 6-12) - $30, if available (1 Friday and 1 Saturday meal ticket)


  • Kid's meals (under 5) - free if available (1 Friday and 1 Saturday meal ticket)


  • Onsite meal tickets for single day is Adult $30, Child (6-12) $15, Child (5 and under) Free.


  • Event Shirts - $25, Very limited extras available.

Lunch is $10 a day 11:30 – 1pm, this is so we have enough food, you will receive a coupon for 5 Roundup raffle tickets per meal

Description: Meet @ 10AM - Fresh Market at Hershey Towne Square’s mission is to continue a legacy of providing a gathering place for the community where families and friends come together to make memories, start traditions, and support local vendors.  After enjoying the market, those who wish may visit the Hershey Gardens just up the road

Destination: Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum
Cost: $18

Description: Step back in time and dive into a world of rich Pennsylvania German heritage. Situated in the heart of Lancaster County, the museum has been preserving history since 1925 with its historic buildings, authentic artifacts, demonstrations of traditional crafts and skills, and much more.  Tour of the museum is approximately 2 hrs.    Cruise mileage:  45 miles (one way)

Destination: Thrift Shop Fashion Show with Kiesha
Cost: What ever you buy

Description: Cruise back roads to a thrift store, pick out outfits for each other and then go for lunch and ice cream. Fashion show will be held at the campground.  Cruise mileage: 40 miles (one way)

Description: Scenic trails with beautiful overlooks.  Drivers will need 4-wheel drive as there are some smaller rock sections and steep hills.  Duration of cruise: approximately 2 hrs.  Pack a lunch and drinks

Trail Guide only for green trails at AOAA and you must sign up in the tent at registration table, otherwise all trail riding is on your own either at Rausch or AOAA.

  • 15 or younger are free. 15 and under all require parental waiver


  • NEW FOR 2025:   WEEKEND PRICING.

    These prices are for subsequent days of wheeling over a weekend:

    For Drivers 1st day vehicle fee is $60, return next day vehicle fee is $50, return 3rd day vehicle fee is $30.

    For Passengers 1st day is $20 (*assuming they have membership already, otherwise 1st day is $60 membership fee), next day is $15, 3rd day is $10.
